"Chesterfield and Joseph made the trip to Caliornia in 1849. In 1854 Samuel and William Clen(or Clem) made the trip.

After 22 years, Clem came back with $8,000. I have a short letter he wrote re his trip and I also have (not original) will of James. I have the family record of Benjamin Bradford Forsythe also. This was all provided to me by Jerry Tomlin's sister as she researched the Mayflower history for the Combs' familly (Jerry's mother's maiden name."
