Forsythe Family Network

Mildred V. Forsythe 90, Speedway passed away February 21, 2014. She was a long distance operator for AT&T for 28 years. Mildred was a member of Chapel Rock Christian Church and Reunion Association of the 320th Bomber Group. She is preceded in death by her sister, Betty J. Ford. She is survived by her husband, Richard J. Forsythe; daughter, Cheryl (Danny) Forsythe Laser; son Mark (Janie) Forsythe; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday February 24, 2014 in Conkle Funeral Home Speedway Chapel with visitation from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in West Ridge Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. Vincent Hospice Group or Alzheimer's Association.
