Note	It is next to impossible that Anna Harper born 1 Sep 1772 could be a child of Capt John Harper born 1728 and his wife Sarah Wells, as they had a documented daughter Mary Ann Harper born 28 Feb 1772. Tombstone Inscriptions of Alexandria, Virginia, Vol.1, pg 109. Mary Ann Harper married Thomas Vowell. Anna Harper, born 1772 married Stephen England, in Bourbon Co, KY, from which Montgomery Co., KY was created. Stephen's Father David England and his mother, Lucy Hodges both died in Montgomery Co., Kentucky as did Lucy Hodges' father, John Hodges and her mother Debra Lee.
